Compassion
We meet people where they are, with patience, warmth and genuine care for how the day is going.
About Absolute Purity Care
We are a Baltimore-based home care organization supporting adults and older adults who want to remain safe, comfortable and independent where they live.
Who We Are
Too many families discover home care during a stressful moment: after a hospital stay, a fall, or a slow realization that a parent needs more help than a weekly visit provides.
Absolute Purity Care was established to make that moment easier. We wanted a home care organization where families could get a straight answer quickly, where caregivers were chosen carefully rather than assigned at random, and where the person receiving care stayed at the center of every decision.
Our administrator, Emilia Ogbankwa, leads the organization with a simple standard: provide the kind of care we would want for our own families, every single visit.
Our Care Philosophy
Care that fits a person's actual life is more effective, and far more dignified, than care built to a template.
Before anything is scheduled, we want to understand the routine that already works: when the day starts, what independence looks like for this person, which tasks feel private, and where help is genuinely welcome.
Good care does not take over. Wherever someone can do something for themselves, with more time, a steadying hand or a reminder, that is the approach we take.
Needs shift. Hours, tasks and routines are reviewed and adapted so support keeps matching the situation rather than the paperwork.
Families carry the history, the context and often most of the worry. We keep them informed and treat them as partners in the plan.
Our Commitment
These four words are the test we apply to every decision, from who we hire to how a visit is carried out.
Our Mission
To provide compassionate, person-centered home care that protects dignity, supports independence and gives families genuine peace of mind, delivered by caregivers who are respected, prepared and supported in their work.
Our Vision
To be the home care organization Baltimore families recommend first, known for reliability, honesty and care that treats every person as an individual worthy of respect.
Core Values
We meet people where they are, with patience, warmth and genuine care for how the day is going.
Privacy, modesty and personal preference are protected in every task, however routine.
We say what we can do, we do what we say, and we tell families the truth even when it is inconvenient.
Careful attention to the home, to changes in condition, and to anything that should be reported promptly.
Every person, every household and every culture is treated with courtesy, without exception.
We are happy to explain our approach, our process and what support may be available.
